Deposits

A non-refundable retainer equal to one-third (1/3) of the estimated event total is required to secure your event date. Events are not considered confirmed until the retainer has been received. Remaining balances and payment schedules will be outlined in your agreement.

Final Guest Count

Once the final guest count is confirmed and quoted, reductions may not result in a price adjustment due to staffing and production commitments.

Travel

Travel fees may apply for events outside the DMV area. Events requiring travel outside local service areas, travel exceeding one hour, overnight accommodations, hotel stays, tolls, parking, or extended travel time may result in additional charges.

Service Scope

OMC provides food preparation, food service, buffet setup, and catering-related presentation services. For Fully Staffed Buffet Experiences and Signature Event Experiences, OMC includes elegant styling and décor of food display and buffet areas only.

 

Service Boundaries

OMC does not provide full event planning, vendor coordination, room décor, balloon installations, floral design, backdrops, tables/chairs, or general event rentals unless arranged separately. Food display décor included with Fully Staffed Buffet Experiences and Signature Event Experiences applies to food and buffet presentation areas only. Venue cleanup beyond food-service and catering work areas is not included. Additional staffing, rentals, disposable products, or specialty requests may result in additional charges.

 

Catering Contracts

Fully Staffed Buffet Experiences and Signature Event Experiences for 100+ guests require a signed catering contract prior to booking.

 

Tastings

Tastings are available for events with 100+ guests. Tastings are $300, non-refundable, and do not apply toward event balances.
