Chef Rabbiyah Muhammad is a classically trained chef, entrepreneur, and media personality based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. After graduating from culinary school, she quickly rose through the ranks of some of the region’s most respected professional kitchens, advancing from prep cook and line cook to sous chef and ultimately Executive Chef in acclaimed fine-dining establishments.

Following her furlough from the prestigious Mastro’s Steakhouse during the pandemic, Chef Rabbiyah founded Off Menu Catering (OMC), transforming a challenging moment into a thriving culinary brand. Since launching OMC in 2020, she has become known for delivering elevated culinary experiences for corporate clients, nonprofit organizations, public figures, entertainers, and private events throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

Beyond catering, Chef Rabbiyah has expanded her influence through television appearances, podcasts, print media, acting projects, and collaborations with influencers and content creators. In 2024, she debuted her signature line of chef-crafted seasonings and sauces on FOX 5 Lion Lunch Hour, further solidifying her reputation as both a culinary expert and business owner.
